We strive to offer our customers an optimal shopping experience. Our customer service is therefore at your disposal every day to answer all questions and to remove any doubts. Do I pay shipping costs?

We ship all orders from 69 euros in the Netherlands for FREE! In the dropdown below you can quickly see the shipping rates for foreign shipments:

Can I return my order?

You can return within 14 days after receiving your order and as long as the ordered items are in original and unused condition and reasonably in the original packaging. Personalized products (eg printed shirts) cannot be returned! In the event that the printing and / or personalization is incorrect then you should contact customer service. Click here for more information about returning your order.

Can I exchange my order?

If you want a different product or a different size, we recommend that you place a new order on the site. This way you will receive the new product faster.

When do I receive my order?

Important information: Due to a very busy period, it can be possible that your package will be shipped later than we promised. You will receive a Track & Trace code when we have transferred your order to our carrier. Thanks for your understanding!

With every item in the webshop you can immediately see if it is still in stock in our warehouse. If it is not on the website, we do not have it in stock. Ordered before 19:00 on Sunday to Friday will be delivered tomorrow (in the Netherlands). Printed items have an additional delivery time of 3-5 working days.

Can I have my shirt printed?

Yes, you can have different items printed with us. Your article can be personalized if this is indicated with the product. For personalized items it may take 3-5 working days longer before they are sent. We have very experienced staff and various production techniques to personalize your article in a professional way!

Do I get a 20% member discount with my Oranje Clubcard?

As a member of OnsOranje you get a 20% discount on your order with your member number. You can enter your member number in the shopping cart in the Discount code field under the articles, after which the discount will be automatically deducted.

How can I pay?

Paying is quick and easy, you can choose from the following payment methods: iDEAL, PayPal, Credit card, AfterPay or Bancontact. From the shopping cart you enter the payment environment, here you can choose from one of the payment methods. The payment goes through payment provider Buckaroo. In our communication you can come across the company "Badge Direct BV". Badge Direct BV provides this webshop on behalf of the KNVB. Badge Direct BV is part of The Badge Company (www.badge.nl).
