Warranty

We guarantee that every delivered item meets the normal requirements of reliability and usability. The statutory rules for guarantee and conformity apply to the products supplied. We handle any complaints as quickly as possible, at the latest within 14 days.

 

Article broken or received damaged?

Despite our careful logistics handling, it can unfortunately happen that an item is damaged during transport. If this is the case for you, you can use the free return service. Note clearly that it is a matter of damage, then we will ensure that a new article arrives in your direction as quickly as possible! Does an item not meet expectations?

Unfortunately it can happen that the item does not meet expectations. Even then you have the option to return the item. Clearly note on the return receipt that it is a production error, then we will check this and contact you. If in doubt, always contact customer service first. More information about free returns can be found under "returns" or click here. The following situations are excluded from warranty claims:

  • If there is normal wear due to intensive use.
  • If changes have been made to the product, including repairs that have not been carried out with the permission of us or the manufacturer.
  • If proof of purchase cannot be provided, has been changed or made illegible.
  • If defects are the result of improper use or improper use.
  • If damage is caused by intent, gross negligence or negligent maintenance.

Guarantee

The legal guarantee is never linked to a specific period. After all, one product lasts longer than the other. The legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what you as a consumer can reasonably expect from it. It can nevertheless happen that an article contains a manufacturing defect. What is a manufacturing defect? This is a defect in the product that was not caused by incorrect use, wear or no / poor maintenance. If the warranty request is rejected, the product will be returned. Upon acceptance of the warranty application, an attempt will first be made to repair or replace the product. If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase amount.
